Our Team: Olivia E. Garrett, Director of Technology

Olivia Garrett provides support for the development of graphic/ marketing/web materials for government agencies and other large programs (public and private). She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the Maryland Institute, College of Art in May of 1989.

She is a hands-on senior graphic and web designer that leads the design and development of sophisticated print and electronic materials from concept to production.  She designs, prepares and oversees production of media that articulates the firm’s brand, vision, and message through multiple channels and formats (e.g., print, web, client and industry events)

Her website team handles the overall design of the site, registering domain names, testing the sites for consistency/link properties before and after uploading and site maintenance for internal (intranet) and external company web page functionality. She works directly with customers and team members to determine project scope and specifications.

Extensive knowledge of graphic support specifically for proposals by providing logos, and other design elements with the final loading for team reviews and use the latest versions of mainstream graphic design tools, to include: Adobe products, Macromedia products, Quark Xpress, PageMaker, Illustrator, InDesign to name a few.
